German Speaking Community & Chat Assistant

We are looking for a reliable German speaking Community & Chat Assistant to support our growing online community. Your main responsibility will be communicating with existing community members in German, answering incoming messages and maintaining positive, engaging relationships with members. Responsibilities • Communicate with community members in fluent German • Respond to incoming messages in a friendly and natural way • Build and maintain long term customer relationships • Keep conversations engaging and personalized • Answer questions about memberships and available content • Inform members about relevant premium content and offers • Follow our communication guidelines and tone of voice • Organize and manage conversations independently Requirements • Excellent written German, preferably native level • Strong written communication skills • Friendly, empathetic and reliable communication style • Comfortable communicating with different types of customers • Self motivated and able to work independently • Previous experience in customer service, chat support, community management or sales is a plus, but not required What we offer • Fully remote position • Flexible working hours • Long term collaboration • Performance based bonuses • Training and clear communication guidelines We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people, understands how to build strong customer relationships and is motivated to become part of a long term project.
