Official Sweepstakes Rules for Upwork’s Wake & Make Sweepstakes

No purchase necessary to enter/win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Begins on October 13, 2021 at 6:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time; ends October 31, 2021 at 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). You may enter by leaving a comment on one of the five posts featuring the Wake & Make coffee bags on @UpworkInc’s Instagram page. All entries must occur within the Sweepstakes Period. Open only to those who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your location of residence. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account. Leaving more than one comment will not increase the chances of winning. 50 potential prize winners will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility, the potential winners selected will receive either one (1) twelve (12) ounce bag of Red Bay Coffee whole coffee beans or one (1) Upwork branded coffee mug. Winners will be chosen by approximately October 31, 2021 and notified by Instagram direct message from @UpworkInc by approximately November 8, 2021. Potential winners must redeem the Red Bay Coffee or Upwork branded coffee mug as instructed in the notification from @UpworkInc within seven (7) days or they will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected (time permitting). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. ARV of prize: $19.00 (coffee bag) and $12.99 (coffee mug) US. By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which provides more information about Sponsor’s privacy practices and is located at https://www.upwork.com/legal#privacy.

Winner is liable for all taxes and all other costs or expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize and not specified as being included as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the winner(s). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value for any reason.
