Admin/accounting Belgian company

We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper to support Karmicare on an ongoing, part-time basis (approximately 2 hours per week). Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate books using Exact Online - Reconcile bank transactions and accounts across our business bank channels: Belgian banks (via CODA), Wise, and PayPal - Handle transaction data entry and general administrative support - Prepare and manage records in line with Belgian accounting/company requirements - Support OSS (One Stop Shop) VAT reporting for EU cross-border sales Requirements: - Extensive, hands-on experience with Exact Online is a must for this role - Solid understanding of Belgian bookkeeping and business/company requirements - Experience working with SaaS and/or Ecommerce businesses - Familiarity with OSS VAT reporting - Comfortable reconciling CODA bank feeds as well as Wise and PayPal transactions - Strong accounting fundamentals, including bank reconciliation and accounts management - Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with light, recurring weekly work This is a low-hours, steady engagement, ideal for a bookkeeper who wants a consistent, manageable monthly workload while working with a SaaS/Ecommerce business.
