Agency Recruiter (Remote) About GoodReview Manager GoodReview Manager is a SaaS platform that helps restaurants collect more Google reviews, improve ratings, and manage customer feedback. We’re building a nationwide Agency Network across 107 U.S. Territories and are looking for one Agency Recruiter to help us grow. This is a long-term Independent Contractor position with a base salary plus recurring monthly bonuses. ⸻ Responsibilities Agency Recruitment * Recruit Agency Partners across 107 U.S. Territories. * Maintain at least an 80% Territory Fill Rate. * Recruit new Agencies whenever Territories become available. * Assist with Agency onboarding. Agency Administration * Verify monthly Agency Membership payments. * Review payment records in Stripe. * Calculate monthly Agency commissions. * Submit monthly commission reports to management. ⸻ Compensation Base Salary USD $150/month Agency Recruitment Bonus Earn $10/month for every Active Agency you recruit. Example: 107 Active Agencies ↓ $1,070/month Agency Sales Bonus Earn $2/month for every Active Paid Customer Account under your recruited Agencies. Example: 107 Agencies × 35 Active Customer Accounts = 3,745 Active Customer Accounts ↓ $7,490/month Example Monthly Income * Base Salary: $150 * Agency Bonus: $1,070 * Sales Bonus: $7,490 Example Total: $8,710/month Actual earnings depend on the number of active Agencies and active customer accounts. ⸻ Requirements We’re looking for someone who: * Has excellent communication skills. * Is organized and detail-oriented. * Is comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets. * Can work independently. * Is interested in a long-term opportunity.
