I am looking for a freelancer who is skilled in researching Airbnb regulations for specific areas. I will be finding properties and need them to be able to look up if short-term rentals are allowed, and what the process would be to comply with short-term rental regulations in that area. This would include outlining and detailing all the steps necessary to get permitted and be in compliance.
