Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to Florida Business Owners + Script Optimization

We run outreach for Florida business brokers who work with blue collar business owners (e.g. plumbing, HVAC, electrical and similar). We have proprietary data and scoring, a working script and really good results. We're looking for an experienced appointment setter to run calls in parallel with our existing caller and testing new openers, objection handling approaches, and conversion tactics to improve our overall booking rate. You'll work from a researched lead list (personal cell numbers, pre-ranked), follow a documented playbook to start, and help us iterate on what's working week over week. Who you're calling: Long-tenured business owners, typically 50–70 years old, who've run their company for 20-30 years. They're skeptical of salespeople and don't respond to pressure. The calls that work are calm, curious, and respectful. If you've sold to blue-collar business owners or talked to people about retirement or succession, you'll be ahead. Excellent spoken English is required. You should sound natural and easy for Florida business owners to understand, with clear pronunciation and little to no noticeable accent.
