Appointment Setter / Outreach Specialist for Ecommerce Agency (Cold DM + Email)

We're a growing agency that (1) builds high-converting Shopify sites for ecommerce brands and (2) scales those brands with paid ads (performance-based). We're looking for an outreach specialist / appointment setter to fill our pipeline with qualified leads in our niche. Your job: targeted cold outreach (Instagram DMs + email) to ecommerce / DTC brands - streetwear, fashion, and emerging consumer brands - to book calls and hand off warm leads for our two offers (custom site builds + scaling). What you'll do: - Find and qualify ecommerce brands that fit our ideal client (active, growing, real products) - Send personalized cold outreach via Instagram DM and email (real personalization, not spam) - Handle first replies, qualify interest, and book calls / pass warm leads to me - Track outreach volume, reply rate, and booked calls - Represent the brand professionally - we are anti-scammy (honesty and receipts, never hype) You're a great fit if you: - Have proven outreach / appointment-setting / lead-gen experience (ecommerce or agency a big plus) - Write natural, personalized messages that actually get replies - Are consistent, organized, and self-driven on daily volume - Know the ecommerce / DTC / streetwear space (bonus) This is ongoing and part-time to start, scaling with results. Pay is a base hourly PLUS a performance bonus for every qualified booked call (we'll agree on the bonus on our call).
