Appointment Setter for Maryland Real Estate Agent (Part Time, Ongoing)

I’m a licensed Maryland Real Estate Agent serving Prince George’s County, Charles County, and surrounding Maryland areas. I am looking for a confident, reliable and experienced appointment setter to book seller listing consultations with homeowners interested in listing their home for sale. Your only job is to get sellers on my calendar. You will not be quoting prices, giving home values, discussing commission, or answering real estate questions at all. You dial, you book, you log the call. That’s the role. I will provide a complete written script that cover how to deal with different scenarios such as expired listings, For Sale By Owner (FSBOs), and cold sellers, including objection handling and voicemail scripts. I will provide the lead list, the dialer, and the business phone line. You will not be sourcing your own leads. This is ongoing work, not a one-off project. I’m looking for someone who wants a long-term seat that can potentially develop into something more permanent as we realize success. What You’ll Do: • Make outbound calls to homeowners with expired listings and for-sale-by-owner properties • Follow the provided script (this is a compliance requirement, not a suggestion) • Book 30 minute listing consultations directly onto my calendar • Leave voicemails on unanswered calls using the provided voicemail scripts • Log every call outcome in KW Command (CRM training provided) • Immediately honor and flag any do-not-call request • Send a short end-of-shift summary: dials made, contacts reached, appointments booked What You Won’t Do: • Discuss price, home value, commission, or contract terms • Represent yourself as a real estate agent (you’ll introduce yourself as my administrative assistant) • Source or purchase leads • Handle anything after the appointment is booked Requirements: • Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral or American accent (you’ll be calling U.S. homeowners in the Maryland market) • Prior outbound calling experience. Real estate, insurance, or B2C sales all count. • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, noise-free calling environment with a quality headset • Ability to work 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time consistently (expired listings must be called early this window is not flexible) • Comfortable with rejection and able to make high call volume without losing energy • Familiarity with a CRM; KW Command experience is a plus but not required • Experience calling expired listings or FSBOs specifically • Familiarity with the Maryland real estate market • Experience with REDX, Vulcan7, Mojo, or a similar dialer Compensation: • Pay is hourly plus a flat bonus for every listing appointment that is set and held. • The bonus is not tied to whether a property lists, goes under contract, or closes.
