Appointment Setter for Plastic Surgery Leads

We're a plastic surgery marketing team looking for an experienced appointment setter to convert warm inbound leads into booked in-person consultations. This is NOT cold calling and NOT lead generation — we hand you a full pipeline of daily warm leads and you work them. What you'll do: -Work leads delivered daily through cashcowleads.com -Call/text/follow up with warm prospects who've already shown interest -Qualify and schedule in-person consultations with our plastic surgeon -If the lead isn't a fit for us, refer them out to a partner practice (still counts toward comp) -Log all activity and appointment outcomes in our CRM -Follow up consistently — most bookings happen on the 2nd-5th touch, not the first call What you don't have to do: -No prospecting or cold outreach — we supply 100% of your leads -No ad management or marketing — that's handled on our end IMPORTANT — Please read before applying: You must already be proficient with cashcowleads.com, Google Drive, and Zoom. These are core tools you'll use daily. If you are not familiar with all three, please do not apply — we won't be able to train on these basics given the pace of this role.
