We are seeking a motivated and fluent English-speaking Appointment Setter to help generate new business opportunities by reaching out to real estate agents and brokerages across the United States. Position Overview As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be identifying and contacting real estate agents, teams, and brokerages to introduce TBW Media's services and schedule appointments with qualified prospects. This is a commission-only position with significant earning potential. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with professionals, persistent in follow-up, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Research and identify real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. Reach out to prospects through: Cold calling Email outreach Instagram and social media messaging Introduce TBW Media's services, including: Real Estate Photography Property Videography Drone Photography & Video Social Media Reels Zillow Showcase Packages Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities. Schedule appointments between prospects and TBW Media sales representatives. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and follow-ups. Consistently meet weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals. Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients. Requirements Must Have Excellent spoken and written English. Neutral or easily understandable accent. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Reliable internet connection and computer. Ability to work independently without supervision. Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales outreach. Comfortable speaking with business owners and real estate professionals. Professional attitude and strong work ethic. Preferred Experience working with U.S.-based companies. Experience in real estate, marketing, or media services. Familiarity with CRM software. Experience using LinkedIn, Instagram, and email outreach tools. Compensation This is a commission-only position. Earn 10% commission on every closed sale generated from appointments you set. No cap on earnings. Recurring opportunities available as clients continue using our services.
