Summary

We are a professional services and management consulting practice targeting mid-market and enterprise CXOs (businesses with $100M+ in revenue or 100+ employees). We are looking for an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) agency or a top-tier freelance growth operator to design, build, and execute a multi-channel pipeline engine. This is not a traditional "lead-gen volume game." We sell high-value, high-trust consulting frameworks. The goal is to build digital air cover, nurture peer-to-peer trust, and book 30-minute introductory discovery calls with target executives. The Strategy (What we expect you to run): We want to deploy a coordinated three-phase ABM playbook: LinkedIn Ads (Air Cover): Setting up targeted account lists (ABM matched audiences) running Thought Leader Ads (amplifying partner profiles) and Document Ads (sharing un-gated industry playbooks) to establish familiarity. LinkedIn Outreach (Soft Approach): Peer-to-peer connection and value-first asset sharing (no hard pitches). Cold Email Outreach (The Pivot): Highly segmented, trigger-based email cadences targeting the primary inbox once familiarity is built. Scope of Work & Responsibilities: List Building & Data Orchestration: Help refine/enrich our target account list utilizing available tools and filtering strictly for our target demographic and scraping accurate CXO/VP contact data. LinkedIn Ads Management: Set up Campaign Manager, configure the company matching, advise on creative/copy hooks, and monitor frequency/impressions per account to ensure we hit optimal "air cover" before outreach. Outreach Copywriting & Sequence Setup: Draft high-context, low-friction LinkedIn templates and trigger-based email copy that reads like an industry peer, not marketing fluff. Infrastructure & Deliverability: Ensure flawless technical setup (domain health, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configurations, inbox warming, LinkedIn safety limits). Reporting: Track account-level engagement (who is viewing ads, who accepts connections, who responds to email) to give our team clear pipeline visibility. Requirements: Proven case studies running ABM for high-ticket B2B services (Management Consulting, Enterprise SaaS, or high-end Professional Services). Deep expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager (specifically Account List targeting and Thought Leader formats). Experience with modern outbound stacks Strictly No Fluff: Copywriting must be professional, direct, and tailored to C-suite logic.
