B2B Appointment Setter for Architecture & MEP Firms (Texas Market)

## Project Overview We are a Texas-based engineering support company providing CAD drafting, BIM/Revit modeling, and production support services to boutique Architectural and MEP firms. Our model helps smaller firms increase staff capacity without hiring permanent employees. We are seeking a freelancer to help identify, engage, and secure meetings with boutique architecture and engineering firms in Texas that may benefit from overflow drafting and production support. This role is focused on generating qualified business meetings, not simply cold outreach activity. ## Success will be measured primarily by: * Qualified meetings booked with decision-makers * Meeting quality and fit of target firms * Engagement with principals, owners, studio leaders, operations managers, and project managers ## Success will NOT be measured by: * Number of cold calls made * Number of emails sent * Generic lead lists * Bulk outreach or spam activity We want meaningful business conversations and booked meetings, not email/call volume. ## How We Will Work Together Phase 1 – Research & Target Identification. The freelancer will: * Identify boutique architecture and MEP firms in Texas * Research firm size, specialties, growth indicators, and likely fit for production support * Identify decision-makers * Create an initial target list of firms Phase 2 – Collaborative Target Prioritization. We will review the target list together and prioritize: * Best-fit firms * Highest-probability opportunities * Firms aligned with our target services * Decision-makers to engage The freelancer and our team will then develop a focused outreach plan for the agreed shortlist. Phase 3 – Outreach & Meeting Generation. The freelancer will: * Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone (when appropriate) * Follow up professionally * Build relationships with prospects * Schedule qualified introductory meetings directly on our calendar ## Ideal Target Firms * Boutique architecture firms (typically under 100 employees) * Small to mid-size MEP consulting firms (typically under 100 employees) * Firms experiencing staffing shortages or deadline pressure * Firms needing overflow production capacity * Firms using CAD/Revit/BIM workflows * Texas-based firms preferred ## Ideal Freelancer Will Have * Strong spoken and written English communication skills * Experience in B2B appointment setting or business development * Experience selling professional services, engineering, staffing, outsourcing, or consulting services * Strong LinkedIn outreach and personalized messaging skills * Ability to communicate credibly with business owners and principals * Preferred but not required: Basic familiarity with architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), CAD, BIM, or Revit terminology ## To Apply – Please Send a 3–5 Minute Video (Required) Please include the following in your video: ### 1.
