B2B Healthcare Cold Calling SDR $500 Guaranteed Base plus Bonuses | Remote | U.S. Business Hours | Paid via Upwork We are hiring English fluent SDRs for a B2B healthcare outbound sales role. You will be provided leads, but you are expected to qualify, nurture, and manage those leads through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and follow up until prospects complete a trial signup, subscription, or order. Healthcare, medical supplies, diagnostics, lab testing, urgent care, or B2B sales experience is a strong plus. Compensation Guaranteed base pay: $500 per month Base pay requires full time availability, U.S. business hours, daily activity targets, accurate logging, and consistent follow up. Bonuses: • $10 per qualified trial signup • $25 when the customer places the first order • $15 when the customer places the second order • $25 for each monthly subscription renewal for the first 3 months All payments are made through Upwork. Responsibilities • Call provided healthcare leads using scripts • Qualify and nurture leads through multiple channels • Send follow up emails and LinkedIn messages • Manage your own outreach pipeline • Close prospects into trial registration or subscription signup • Follow up until the prospect takes action • Help move customers toward first and second orders • Track calls, emails, follow ups, signups, subscriptions, and results accurately • Communicate politely and professionally, without being rude, aggressive, or overly pushy This is not basic telemarketing. You are expected to own the process, manage the lead pipeline, and close the signup yourself. Who We Are Looking For • Strong spoken English • Clear American or neutral English accent • Clear pronunciation that is easy for U.S. prospects to understand • Comfortable with outbound calls • Able to work U.S. business hours • Polite, professional, and respectful with prospects • Organized, coachable, and consistent • Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace • SDR, call center, or sales experience preferred • Healthcare sales experience is a big plus Application Requirements Applications without both items below may not be reviewed. 1.
