B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns targeting real estate investors, flippers, developers, realtors, and property managers. Remote | 30-40 Hours/Week Responsibilities - Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other research tools. - Enrich and validate contact information. - Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences. - Manage email outreach campaigns. - Maintain accurate records in Monday.com CRM. - Track outreach activity, responses, and follow-ups. - Generate qualified meetings for the founder. Requirements - Experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, similar tools - Experience running B2B outreach campaigns. - Strong prospect research and list-building skills. - CRM experience (Monday.com preferred). - Excellent spoken/written English and spoken Spanish - Ability to work independently and manage daily activity targets. Preferred Real estate, construction, property management, or investor outreach experience; experience with LinkedIn automation tools.
