We're a growing plumbing company looking to expand our B2B client base property managers, commercial real estate firms, construction contractors, and other businesses that need reliable plumbing partners. We're looking for an experienced lead generation and outreach specialist to research, identify, and deliver 100 qualified leads, and then execute outreach to start conversations with them. Your Deliverables ● A clean, verified list of 100 qualified B2B leads in a Google Sheet or Excel file ● Each lead must include: Business name, decision-maker name, job title, verified email address, LinkedIn profile URL, business address/service area, and a brief note on why they qualify ● All emails verified using tools like Hunter.io, Apollo.io, or NeverBounce ● Outreach campaign execution (cold email and/or LinkedIn) to the lead list, including follow-up sequences ● A simple tracker of outreach sent, opens/replies, and any booked calls or qualified responses Ideal Target Profiles ● Property management companies overseeing multiple residential or commercial units ● Commercial real estate firms and facilities managers ● General contractors and construction companies needing a subcontractor plumber ● Restaurants, hotels, or retail chains with recurring plumbing maintenance needs ● HOAs and apartment complexes without an existing plumbing vendor relationship Who We're Looking For ● Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold outreach (email and/or LinkedIn) ● Proficient with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Hunter.io ● Experience writing or adapting outreach copy that gets replies, not just opens To Apply, Please Include ● A sample lead list or past work (lead gen and/or outreach results) ● The tools you'll use to find, verify, and reach out to leads ● Your outreach approach (channels, sequence, follow-up cadence) ● Your timeline to deliver 100 leads and begin outreach ● Your fixed price for this project
