Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help build a targeted pipeline for a fast-growing bilingual learning platform that provides concise audio and text summaries of top nonfiction books in Arabic and English. Our platform helps organizations enhance employee learning and development through an engaging, affordable, and time-efficient solution. Our primary market is the Middle East, with a focus on enterprise clients across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Your role is to identify qualified companies and the right decision-makers so our sales team can focus on building relationships and closing new business. ## Responsibilities • Research and identify companies that fit our ideal customer profile. • Find key decision-makers such as HR Directors, Learning & Development Managers, People & Culture leaders, Talent Development Managers, and senior executives. • Collect and verify business email addresses and LinkedIn profiles. • Research company size, industry, headquarters, and other relevant information. • Organize all leads in a spreadsheet or CRM. • Add notes that help personalize outreach. ## Ideal Candidate • Proven experience generating B2B leads for SaaS, HR technology, EdTech, Learning & Development, or subscription businesses. • Strong research skills and excellent attention to detail. • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar research tools. • Ability to verify contact information and maintain high data accuracy. • Excellent written English. ## Our Target Customers We primarily target medium and large organizations across the Middle East, including: • Banks • Hotel groups • Airlines • Telecom companies • Government and semi-government organizations • Universities • Healthcare organizations • Large private companies ## Deliverables For each company, provide: • Company Name • Website • Industry • Country • Employee Count • Contact Name • Job Title • Verified Email Address • LinkedIn Profile • Notes • Priority Rating ## To Apply Please include: 1.
