We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help us build high-quality, targeted prospect lists for our sales and outreach campaigns. Responsibilities Research and identify qualified B2B prospects based on our target criteria. Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools. Find and verify business email addresses and direct contact information. Collect accurate data including: Full Name Job Title Company Name Company Website Verified Business Email Phone Number (when available) LinkedIn Profile URL Industry Company Size Location Verify all contact information before delivery. Deliver clean, organized spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets. Required Skills Proven experience in B2B lead generation. LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Apollo.io. ZoomInfo (preferred but not required). Clay, Lusha, RocketReach, or similar prospecting tools. Email verification tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, MillionVerifier, etc.). Strong internet research skills. Excellent attention to detail. Fluent written English. Ideal Candidate Has completed similar lead generation projects with positive feedback. Understands ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas. Can generate highly targeted decision-maker lists. Delivers accurate, duplicate-free, and verified data. Meets deadlines consistently. Project Details Initial project: 500–1,000 verified B2B leads.
