We are an established Canadian B2B SaaS company seeking an experienced sales representative to help generate qualified opportunities and close new customers. Our platform provides survey, market research, video interview, focus group, AI-assisted analysis, and reporting capabilities. We work with organizations across Canada and internationally. This is a confidential search. Additional information about the company and product will be provided to shortlisted candidates. # The opportunity This is a performance-oriented role that includes paid prospecting work, bonuses for qualified opportunities, and competitive commission on closed business. We will begin with a paid trial engagement. The role can expand into an ongoing sales partnership for someone who consistently generates qualified opportunities and represents our company professionally. # Responsibilities • Identify organizations that fit our ideal customer profile • Research relevant accounts and decision-makers • Conduct personalized outreach through email and LinkedIn • Qualify prospects based on their needs, authority, timing, and potential value • Schedule qualified product demonstrations • Maintain accurate records of outreach and opportunities • Follow up consistently with prospective customers • Potentially assist with demonstrations, proposals, and closing # Target customers may include: • Market research and insights agencies • Corporate research, customer experience, and employee experience teams • Consulting firms • Government organizations • Universities and colleges • Associations and nonprofit organizations • Healthcare and professional services organizations # Compensation • Paid initial trial engagement • Base compensation for approved prospecting and sales activities • Performance bonuses for qualified opportunities • Competitive commission on closed revenue • Opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation based on results The final compensation structure will depend on whether the representative focuses on appointment setting or manages more of the sales cycle. All payments, bonuses, and commissions will be processed through Upwork. # Who we’re looking for • Demonstrated B2B sales or business-development experience • Experience selling SaaS, research technology, analytics, customer experience, or professional services • Excellent written and spoken English • Comfortable engaging executives and senior decision-makers • Able to research accounts and personalize outreach • Organized, persistent, and accountable • Focused on quality conversations rather than high-volume spam • Familiar with CRM systems, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound email • Careful about protecting the company’s reputation and brand Experience selling to research agencies, insights teams, government, universities, associations, or enterprise organizations would be especially valuable. The initial focus will be Canada and the United States, with opportunities to pursue other markets where appropriate. # How to apply Please include: 1.
