Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales caller or outbound sales team to help us sell MRI products and services to imaging centers, hospitals, radiology departments, MRI service companies, and related healthcare buyers. Our company, Sound Imaging, has been in the MRI industry for nearly 30 years. We sell MRI accessories, safety products, patient monitoring systems, camera systems, audio/visual systems, repairs, and related MRI solutions. This is mainly a sales calling role, not just appointment setting. We are looking for someone who can call prospects, explain the basic value of our products, identify real needs, handle basic objections, follow up consistently, and help move interested buyers toward quotes, demos, purchases, or deeper sales conversations. We are especially interested in people who manage their own small call center or sales calling team. A strong solo caller may still apply, but ideally we want someone who already has trained callers, a calling process, tracking systems, and the ability to scale volume if the campaign works. What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for outbound sales calls for Sound Imaging products and services. Tasks may include: Calling MRI centers, hospitals, imaging departments, radiology groups, and MRI-related companies Introducing Sound Imaging and our product line clearly Identifying the correct decision makers and buyers Explaining basic product value using our approved script and materials Asking questions to understand the prospect’s current workflow, safety issues, equipment needs, or service needs Qualifying whether there is a real sales opportunity Handling basic objections and questions professionally Following up with interested prospects Sending information, brochures, product links, or quote requests to our internal team Moving prospects toward a quote, product demo, purchase conversation, or next sales step Updating call notes, contact status, and next steps in a spreadsheet or CRM Reporting daily call activity, interested leads, objections, and sales opportunities Potentially managing multiple callers if you operate a call center Important This is not a basic “set an appointment and move on” role. We want someone who can actually sell — or at least start the sales process properly. The goal is to create real product interest, identify buyer needs, follow up, and help push prospects toward a purchasing decision. You will not be expected to make technical medical claims or answer complex engineering questions. We will provide product training, scripts, talking points, and support. But we do need someone who can have professional B2B sales conversations and not sound like a generic telemarketer. Products / Services You May Be Calling About Sound Imaging offers several MRI-related products and services, including: MRI room safety alert systems MRI patient monitoring / camera systems MRI patient motion tracking MRI secure room monitoring MRI audio and visual systems MRI accessories MRI coil repair and related service offerings Who We Want We are looking for someone who is organized, persistent, professional, and comfortable selling into a niche B2B market. Ideal candidates may have experience with: B2B outbound sales Cold calling Phone sales Healthcare, MedTech, medical device, imaging, radiology, or technical product sales Calling hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, or professional offices Selling products or services over the phone Managing a small outbound sales team or call center Working from a lead list and tracking sales activity properly Following up with prospects over multiple touches You do not need MRI experience, but you must be willing to learn the basic product positioning and speak professionally. Preferred Strong preference will be given to candidates who: Manage their own callers or small call center Have experience selling B2B products or services by phone Have experience calling healthcare or technical buyers Can scale beyond one caller if the campaign works Can help improve the sales script and outbound process Are comfortable working in a niche industry Can provide call recordings, sample sales reports, or proof of past results Starting Structure We would like to start with a trial period to test call quality, sales ability, tracking, follow-up, and overall workflow. After the trial, this can scale into a larger ongoing campaign if results are strong.
