The Opportunity (Long-Term Partnership): We are looking to partner with hungry, high-performing micro-teams/boutique agencies (3-5 engineers) or elite BIM freelancers for a long-term, continuous cooperation. If your team delivers exceptional quality under pressure, you will be secured with ongoing monthly contracts and a steady stream of projects. Please note that our pricing matrix and timelines are fixed and optimized for our corporate workflow. We only welcome partners who are ready to accept these rates in exchange for long-term stability. Our Fixed Pricing Matrix & Strict Timelines (Non-Negotiable): We operate strictly on a Per Square Meter (SQM) rate with aggressive turnaround times to meet the fast-paced demands of the GCC market: * Small Villas (300 - 500 SQM): Strictly $1.00 USD / SQM | Delivery within 4 - 6 Business Days max (For Full Package). * Medium to Large Villas (600 - 1000 SQM): Strictly $0.70 USD / SQM | Delivery within 7 - 9 Business Days max (For Full Package). Full Project Scope & Deliverables Required: * Phase 1: Comprehensive 3D BIM Modeling (LOD 300/400) for Architectural, Structural, and full MEP (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting) + Clash Detection & Resolution Report via Navisworks (Target: Zero Clashes). * Phase 2: Complete BIM-Based, site-ready Shop Drawings (including structural reinforcement/rebar details, MEP layouts, builder's work, and architectural finishes). * CDE & Standards: All project collaboration, hosting, and tracking will be conducted strictly via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). All models, layers, and drawing outputs must strictly comply with ISO 19650 standards. * Final Handover: Clean, fully detached Revit native files (.rvt), Navisworks (.nwd), and all sheets exported perfectly in DWG and PDF. The 24-48 Hour Paid Test ($20 USD): We do not hire blindly. Selected candidates will immediately be given a 2D CAD layout of a complex, high-congestion zone of a villa to run a test. Within 24 to 48 hours max, you must deliver: 1. Accurate 3D BIM Model (.rvt) of that specific zone (Arch, Struct, MEP). 2. Navisworks Clash Report showing before/after your resolution. 3. Visual Package: 1x High-Resolution 3D Rendered Walkthrough Video (15-30 seconds) + 4x Ultra-Clear, high-res screenshots showing the resolved coordination. Technical Requirements: * Strict adherence to GCC environmental factors and International/US Design Codes (ACI, ASHRAE, UPC, NEC). * Fluency in professional English communication and daily progress updates.
