Summary

We are seeking a part-time U.S.-based bookkeeper with experience in supporting CPA firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and some tax knowledge to assist with new client onboarding. Responsibilities include reviewing the monthly close performed by the Bookkeeping Team. Experience with process improvements, SOPs, and AI a plus. All clients are on QBO. This role requires an intermediate level of proficiency and offers a flexible schedule.
