Bilingual Enrollment & Utilization Specialist (English/Spanish)

About the Role: We are a fast-growing U.S.-based healthcare company looking for a Bilingual Enrollment & Utilization Specialist to support member onboarding and enrollment. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer support experience who is comfortable speaking with customers, guiding them through processes, and helping improve engagement. You will speak with new and prospective members, help them complete enrollment, and ensure they understand how to get started with our services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound calls with members to assist with enrollment Guide new members through the onboarding process Help members schedule appointments and understand available services Perform outreach calls to improve engagement and utilization Answer questions and provide clear guidance on next steps Document call outcomes and maintain accurate notes Work Schedule 40 hours per week Approximately 50% enrollment calls and 50% onboarding support U.S. business hours preferred Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish Experience in sales, cold calling, enrollment, or customer support Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Strong communication and persuasion skills Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Previous experience using CRM or call center tools is a plus What We’re Looking For: Friendly, professional communicator Someone confident in guiding conversations and helping customers make decisions Organized and reliable Able to handle a high volume of calls and interactions Contract Details: We are starting with a 1-month paid trial to evaluate performance and fit.
