We are currently hiring **three (3) highly motivated bilingual Sales Agents** to join our team immediately. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent earning potential and opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow. --- Compensation * **$1,000 USD Monthly Retainer** * Uncapped Sales Commissions * Monthly Performance Bonuses * Long-Term Growth Opportunities This is an **Independent Contractor (1099)** position. The monthly retainer is paid in exchange for meeting agreed-upon performance expectations, including outbound calling activity, CRM updates, and follow-up. In addition to the monthly retainer, you'll earn commissions and performance bonuses based on results. --- Position Details * Remote * Independent Contractor (1099) * Full-Time Preferred * Immediate Start * English & Spanish Fluency Required --- What You'll Do * Make **100+ outbound calls per day** using company-provided leads. * Follow up with prospects by phone, SMS, and CRM. * Ask qualifying questions to understand each prospect's business and current needs. * Schedule qualified appointments for our consultants. * Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activities. * Build relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up. * Represent Earth1Pro professionally and confidently. --- Appointment Types 1. Free Compliance & Business Consultation Your responsibility is to qualify contractors and service business owners and schedule a **FREE Compliance & Business Consultation** with one of our consultants. During these consultations, we help business owners evaluate their current situation and provide recommendations and estimates for services such as: * OSHA Training * DPR Pesticide Safety Training * Contractor Licensing Partnership Program * Compliance Support * Smart Websites * AI Receptionists & AI Agents * CRM & Business Automation * Marketing & Lead Generation * Business Growth Consulting --- 2. Business Growth Coffee Meeting ($297) Your responsibility is to qualify landscapers, gardeners, contractors, and entrepreneurs interested in growing their business and schedule a **2-hour Business Growth Coffee Meeting**. During this meeting, our consultants will: * Evaluate the client's business. * Identify strengths and weaknesses. * Develop a customized 12–24 month Business Growth Roadmap. * Recommend solutions to increase revenue, improve operations, and support long-term growth. The **$297 investment is fully credited toward any Earth1Pro service the client purchases afterward.** --- What We're Looking For We're looking for Sales Agents who: * Are fluent in **English and Spanish** (required). * Have outbound sales, appointment-setting, or business development experience. * Are comfortable making **100+ outbound calls per day**. * Enjoy speaking with business owners. * Are highly organized and consistent with follow-up. * Are coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented. * Can work independently with minimal supervision. * Have a reliable internet connection and a professional home office.
