Bookkeeper / Data Entry Specialist

We're transitioning from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online Advanced with SOS Inventory. We have a backlog of transactions recorded in QuickBooks Desktop that now need to be entered into SOS Inventory and/or QBO Advanced. You'll be given direct access to all three systems — QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online Advanced, and SOS Inventory. What you'll do: Enter the backlog of transactions accurately into SOS Inventory and QBO Advanced Determine which system each transaction type belongs in (sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, bills, payments, inventory adjustments) Flag any discrepancies or items that need our review rather than guessing Confirm the entered data reconciles back to the QuickBooks Desktop source Requirements: Hands-on experience with SOS Inventory (required, not just QuickBooks) Experience with QuickBooks Online Advanced Familiarity with how SOS Inventory and QBO sync, and what should be entered where Strong attention to detail and comfortable working independently Available to start promptly Engagement: Hourly.
