Bookkeeper Needed to Record and Review Income & Expenses for 2026

Bookkeeper Needed (QuickBooks Online) We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to accurately record and maintain our financial transactions. Responsibilities: Record all income and expense transactions in QuickBooks Online. Categorize transactions accurately according to the chart of accounts. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records. Ensure bookkeeping is accurate, complete, and completed on time. Communicate any issues or missing information promptly. Requirements: Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Prior experience with transaction categorization and reconciliations is preferred.
