Bookkeeper for Real Estate / Multiple Entities / Financial Controller

We operate multiple companies — including a real estate investment company, a management company, and a holding company — with regular inter-company transactions. We use a Quickbooks/Wave Accounting type custom account system. We’re looking for an experienced financial professional to: • Reconcile accounts monthly across multiple entities • Track project and property-level expenses and profits • Prepare clear monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheets) • Maintain accurate inter-company accounting and help explain cash movement • Ensure all books are clean, consistent, and up-to-date • Communicate proactively about financial insights or irregularities Requirements: • Strong experience with Wave, QuickBooks, or Xero • Multi-entity accounting and reporting experience • Excellent spreadsheet and data organization skills • Strong English communication skills • Experience with real estate or property management preferred
