Bookkeeper

Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records. The Bookkeeper will ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and that our accounts are up to date. Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments) Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements Prepare basic financial reports (profit & loss, cash flow) Maintain organized financial records Support payroll processing (if required) Assist with tax preparation by organizing documents Requirements: Basic understanding of accounting principles Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Preferred: Previous bookkeeping experience Basic knowledge of tax regulations
