The agent needs to run monthly, pull source documents from Google Drive, categorize all transactions across multiple accounts, present a complete transaction list for owner approval, and post approved entries to QuickBooks Online — all via MCP connections. Tools involved: - QuickBooks Online (MCP) - Google Drive (MCP) - Shopify (MCP) - Claude AI (agent framework) - HoneyBook (monthly report exports) - Hana POS (monthly report exports) - American Express + Bank of America statements What I need you to build: A reliable agent that executes the monthly close workflow accurately A mandatory approval gate before any data is written to QuickBooks Error handling for unmatched transactions A clean monthly management summary output Ideal candidate: - Experience building AI agents (Claude, LangChain, or similar) - Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping fundamentals - MCP integration experience preferred - Detail-oriented as this touches live financial data
