Bookkeeping VA with TaxDome + QuickBooks Online experience (US CPA firm)

We're a US-based CPA firm specializing in church, nonprofit, and clergy accounting. We need a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to support recurring bookkeeping and client-workflow tasks. What you'll do: Financial data entry and bank/credit-card reconciliations in QuickBooks Online Manage client tasks, document requests, and status updates inside TaxDome Maintain organized, accurate client records and flag discrepancies proactively Handle routine client communication (professional, US-business tone) You're a fit if you have: Hands-on experience with TaxDome (non-negotiable — this is our core platform) Solid QuickBooks Online bookkeeping experience, including reconciliations Strong written English and clear, proactive communication Ability to work independently, hit deadlines, and follow written SOPs Bonus: experience with US tax-prep workflows or Drake Tax.
