Branding and Design Specialist Needed

We are looking for a creative graphic designer to help develop and strengthen the visual branding of our growing home-service business. We want our branding to feel minimalistic, distinctive and professional, while still being memorable enough to stand out in a crowded local market. We are not looking for generic home-service designs, overused icons or cluttered layouts. We want someone who can bring fresh ideas and create a clear, consistent visual style across multiple formats. The initial work will include: Vehicle and car-wrap designs Yard signs and roadside signage A-frames and other business signage Brochures and flyers Promotional print materials Reusable branded templates for future campaigns The ideal designer will have strong experience in both graphic design and print design, with a portfolio that includes vehicle graphics, signage, outdoor advertising or service-business branding. You should understand how designs need to work in the real world. For example, vehicle wraps and yard signs must be easy to recognise and read within a few seconds, not just look good on a computer screen. What we are looking for - A strong portfolio of relevant commercial design work - A clean, minimal and creative design style - Experience designing for print and large-format signage - Experience with vehicle wraps is highly preferred - Strong understanding of typography, spacing, colour and visual hierarchy - Ability to follow an existing brand while also suggesting improvements - Good communication and ability to respond to feedback - Ability to prepare accurate, print-ready artwork - Intermediate or higher proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar professional design software
