Summary

Brevo CRM Setup & Optimization Specialist We're looking for a Brevo expert to optimize our CRM for a growing incentive travel company. Scope of Work Configure and organize the CRM (contacts, companies, notes, tasks, reminders) Set up appointments and calendar functionality Ensure email tracking is working (opens, clicks, activity) Organize company/contact relationships and contact grouping Configure fields for basic accounting information Improve overall usability and workflow Not Needed Sales pipeline Revenue forecasting Opportunity management Revenue tracking We'd like Brevo to automatically capture both sent and received emails under each contact record (similar to HubSpot), so all client communication is stored in one central location for our team. We're looking for someone with strong Brevo experience who can recommend best practices and help us maximize the platform while keeping it simple and efficient.
