We work closely with real estate professionals, conveyancers and property lawyers and are looking to build a comprehensive, high-quality contact database for our sales and marketing team. This is not a simple Google Maps scraping project. We require individual professionals, not just business listings or agency information. We're looking for an experienced lead generation specialist who knows how to research, verify and enrich data from multiple sources to produce a clean, accurate database ready for direct import into HubSpot. Required Information Each contact should include: First Name Last Name Job Title Company / Agency / Law Firm Industry Direct Work Email (preferred) General Office Email (if no direct email exists) Mobile Number (where publicly available) Office Phone Website LinkedIn Profile Office Street Address Suburb State Postcode Source URL Notes (optional) HubSpot Import Requirements The final database must be ready for direct import into HubSpot without any additional cleaning. Requirements include: One contact per row No duplicate contacts Separate First Name and Last Name columns Separate Mobile and Office Phone columns Separate Street Address, Suburb, State and Postcode columns Consistent Australian phone number formatting Accurate spelling and formatting Verified information where possible Please prioritise: Direct work email addresses Individual mobile numbers Individual LinkedIn profiles Avoid generic email addresses such as: info@ admin@ reception@ enquiries@ unless no direct contact details are available. Deliverables Please provide: Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) CSV (.csv) HubSpot-ready import file Before completing the project, submit a sample of 20 contacts for approval. Once approved, continue with the remaining database using the same format.
