Business Development Outreach Coordinator (Clinic Outreach Specialist)

OVERVIEW: American Fibroblast Academy is hiring a Business Development Outreach Coordinator to conduct professional outbound sales outreach to U.S.-based medspas and aesthetic clinics. This is a project-based, execution-level role where you'll be the first point of contact for businesses interested in our premium Fibroblast training program. We focus on one designated city per month (ranging from 100-150 clinics) and need someone reliable, professional, and organized to represent our brand through phone and approved communication channels. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinic Outreach & Lead Generation - Conduct outbound phone outreach to company-provided lead lists of medspas and aesthetic clinics in your assigned city - Represent American Fibroblast Academy professionally and clearly using pre-approved messaging - Document all contact attempts in real-time using provided tracking sheets Lead Qualification & Handoff - Identify clinics expressing interest or requesting direct consultation - Collect key information: clinic name, contact person, role, phone number, and relevant notes - Escalate qualified leads promptly to management for scheduling - Ensure smooth handoff with clear documentation Documentation & Organization - Maintain accurate, detailed records of all outreach activity in provided Excel/Google Sheets - Log contact attempts, outcomes, follow-ups, responses, and lead status - Keep records current and organized for weekly reporting Weekly Reporting - Submit a brief weekly summary email every Friday outlining: * Progress to date * Number of clinics contacted * Responses received * Qualified leads handed off to management * Any questions or obstacles encountered - Communicate promptly if issues or objections arise - Be available for brief check-ins as needed MONTHLY PROJECT STRUCTURE: Each month is a standalone project focused on ONE designated U.S. city.
