Business Development Representative (BDR)

Hourly Rate: $10-15 per hour Bonus: Lucrative commissions on new business closed Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM U.S. Central time Type: Long term contractor role (1099) Location: Remote, must work U.S. business hours Job Overview We are hiring high activity outbound callers to book discovery meetings for our IT Managed Services and Security offerings. This role is simple and structured. Follow the script, make calls, talk to decision makers, and book meetings for our internal team. You must be comfortable making 150-200 calls per day and working a full 40-hour weekly schedule. This role does not involve closing deals. You earn lucrative commissions only when new business closes that originated from your outreach. Responsibilities • Make 200 or more outbound calls per day using our provided dialer • Follow our call scripts and ask simple discovery questions • Book at least 2 held discovery meetings per week • Log calls and notes accurately in HubSpot • Maintain professionalism on all recorded calls Requirements • Strong English communication skills • Reliable internet and quiet work environment • Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, or BDR work is preferred • Must be coachable and consistent with activity • Must work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM U.S. Central time • Must be comfortable with call recording and CRM logging Compensation • $10-15 per hour • Lucrative commissions on new business closed from your booked meetings • High performers can significantly increase earnings over the base rate Tools Provided • 8x8 phone system • HubSpot CRM access • Scripts, templates, and training materials To Apply Please respond with the following or your application will not be considered: 1.
