Business Outreach VA for Early-Stage App

We are is a real-time shared checklist app for families and small teams. It helps people assign tasks, prepare together and avoid important instructions getting lost in WhatsApp or other messaging apps. We are now looking for one small business to test the app in its daily operations. Suitable businesses may include: Photobooth operators Mobile DJs or AV teams Event photographers Party-rental companies Event decorators Pop-up vendors Other small teams using repeatable checklists Your role You will: Use the webapp and understand how it works Find suitable small businesses Approach business owners with personalised messages Recruit one business as an early strategic partner Help convert its existing checklist or workflow into the app Support the team during its first few uses Collect feedback and report any software problems Track outreach and progress in Google Sheets The selected business will receive free use of the app for several months in exchange for testing it during real work and providing honest feedback. This is not a mass-spam or automated outreach role. Who I am looking for You should be: Comfortable speaking with business owners A strong English writer Proactive and able to work independently Experienced in outreach, sales, lead generation or customer onboarding Patient when helping people use new software Interested in startups and early-stage products Only apply if you already have an idea of how to find and onboard a suitable business. Trial One paid trial project Up to 10 hours US$10 per hour Maximum budget: US$100 Possible ongoing work if meaningful progress is made Success may include finding suitable prospects, speaking with decision-makers, arranging a demonstration, recruiting a pilot partner or starting onboarding.
