We offer mindfulness and stress reduction workshops through creativity — a unique and highly engaging format ideal for team building, company retreats, and employee wellness programs. Our workshops are hands-on, accessible, and leave participants with a tangible creative experience and real stress-relief tools. We're looking for a motivated, self-directed sales consultant to pitch and book our workshops with businesses of all sizes — from small local companies to mid-size and corporate teams. What You'll Do: • Identify and reach out to potential business clients (HR managers, office managers, operations leads, retreat planners) • Pitch our workshop offerings via email, LinkedIn, phone, or in-person meetings • Book discovery calls or close contracts directly • Represent our brand professionally and enthusiastically What We're Looking For: • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate wellness outreach • Existing relationships with HR, benefits, or office culture decision-makers is a big plus • Self-starter who can work independently without hand-holding • Comfortable with commission-based compensation • Based in Santa Barbara or working remotely — both welcome Compensation: • Commission-based (percentage of each booked contract — rate discussed with qualified candidates) • Flexible hours — this is a contract/freelance role To Apply: Tell us briefly about your B2B sales background and any experience in wellness, HR, or events.
