Real Estate lead generator able to find cash buyers for properties I will provide. Must have strong communication skills and be familiar with real estate. Use public information to find leads and identify buyers. Then provide me with contact information for the buyer so that I may negotiate. If lead turns into closed business, Lead Generator gets a bonus! Lead generator needs to have their own process in place to generate buyer leads without help from me. Email outreach, text messages, cold calling. Use public information and other software to locate investors or individuals looking to purchase.
