Client Acquisition Specialist – B2B Commodity Trade Platform (2-week test, then performance-based)

We connect verified buyers and suppliers directly, without broker intermediaries, with third-party KYB/KYC verification and independent escrow on every transaction. Deal sizes run between $50,000 and over $500,000, under English law. The platform is built and live. We are pre-traction and building our first pipeline deliberately, one corridor at a time. What we need One outbound specialist to generate qualified pre-registrations from mid-size importers and exporters in a single corridor: West Africa to South Asia, specialty agricultural goods (this is our current focus; you will be briefed on the exact commodity and route on day one). This is relationship-driven outreach to named decision-makers: owners, managing directors, heads of procurement and export managers. Roughly 20 to 30 personalised touches per day across LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp. Quality of conversation matters more than volume of sends. The deliverable We pay for one thing: a verified pre-registration, a buyer or supplier who registers on our platform through your unique referral and completes and passes KYC/KYB verification. Lead lists, contact exports, connection counts and "interested" replies are not deliverables. Everything is tracked, so your results are always attributable to you and visible to both of us in real time. Structure and compensation Stage 1 — Paid test (2 weeks) $250 fixed, paid on completion Target: 10 pre-registrations, of which at least 5 complete verification We supply the scripts, the platform brief and the initial target list. You supply the execution We review together at day 14 against the numbers Stage 2 — Ongoing (if the test passes) $500 per month retainer $30 per verified pre-registration $300 bonus for every referred party that completes a transaction on the platform Reviewed every 30 days against agreed targets. Either side can end the engagement on 14 days notice A strong month at target is roughly $1,300 to $1,600, uncapped on the performance side. We are open to a proposal on the exact split between retainer and performance, provided the total stays in this range and the payable unit remains the verified pre-registration.
