Summary

We're seeking someone (potentially multiple coaches) to cultivate success with our clients and staff mostly through coaching, but also through administrative support. Summary We’re looking for someone passionate about coaching to coach our staff, and to coordinate such ongoing coaching with our clients. As a staffing agency, our clients are the "boss" of our staff. We place staff with clients, but we help clients manage the ongoing development of such staff. We focus on admin role, with 90% of our staff across various industries, but increasingly with a focus toward medical staffing. No knowledge of healthcare is needed. This role extends beyond coaching, starting with onboarding new clients to start our relationships right. It requires someone methodical. Please see below. Responsibilities Onboard and train new team members (staffers) who will be directly engaging with clients. Guide clients through the onboarding process. Serve as the primary point of contact for any questions or challenges from clients or team members (staffers). Conduct one-on-one check-ins with team members Regularly engage with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. Manage client relationships, ensuring alignment with expectations and goals. Recruiting support responsibilities Candidate reviews: screen inbound applications against must-have criteria; escalate strong fits promptly. Reference checks: run references, summarize insights, and flag risks/recommendations. Assessments: conduct and role-specific assessments; compile results with clear scoring. Requirements Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in client-facing roles or account management. Training or coaching experience is a plus. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
