Clinic Outreach & Lead Generation Assistant for Medical Spas and Naturopathic Clinics We are a Canadian professional skincare and education company seeking a motivated Clinic Outreach & Lead Generation Assistant to help us grow our network of Medical Spas, Aesthetic Clinics, Naturopathic Clinics, Wellness Centers, and Healthcare Practitioners across Canada and the USA. This is NOT a hard sales position. We already provide clinic lists, educational materials, and marketing information. Your role is to contact clinics, introduce our professional education programs, send information packages, follow up with interested contacts, and register professionals for our online training and certification seminars. About Us We specialize in professional skincare, skin health education, acne programs, hair thinning solutions, anti-aging protocols, and professional training for clinics and practitioners. Our founder is a Pharmacist, Doctor of Natural Medicine, educator, and President of the Canadian Aesthetic Association with more than 25 years of industry experience. Responsibilities • Contact clinics from our existing lists • Research additional Medical Spas, Aesthetic Clinics and Naturopathic Clinics • Introduce professional education and certification programs • Invite practitioners to online seminars and training programs • Send information packages by email • Follow up with interested contacts • Schedule Zoom meetings when required • Maintain records in spreadsheets • Provide daily activity reports Requirements • Clear spoken English • Friendly and professional communication skills • Comfortable making phone calls • Reliable internet connection • Organized and detail oriented • Ability to work independently • Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Experience • Lead Generation • Appointment Setting • Telemarketing • Customer Service • Medical Spa Industry • Wellness Industry • Naturopathic Medicine • Aesthetic or Skincare Industry Compensation • Starting rate: $8 USD per hour • $10 bonus for each qualified clinic contact • $25 bonus for each seminar registration • 5% commission on the first wholesale order from clinics you introduce • Performance review after 30 days • Opportunity for increased hours and higher compensation based on results Schedule • Start with approximately 1 hour per day • Flexible schedule • Long-term opportunity • Potential to grow into a larger role within our company To Apply Please include: Your location Your experience with outreach, appointment setting, lead generation or customer service A 30-60 second voice recording introducing yourself Why you believe you are a good fit for this position Applications without a voice recording may not be considered.
