Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist Needed

Our B2B service needs someone to manage outreach campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn. You don't have to make calls, attend demos, or use Zoom sessions to accomplish this. It's all done via email and LinkedIn messaging. You'll research each company listed on our prospect list, identify the right decision-maker (owner, marketing director, content manager, etc.), and locate their work email address along with their LinkedIn profile. To make our templates more personalized, you will review their website and LinkedIn activity before reaching out. Outreach will run on both channels, sending personalized cold emails and LinkedIn connection requests/messages using our templates. Once outreach goes out, you'll manage follow-ups and replies across both channels using our guidelines, track activity and responses, and pass along any interested prospects to our team. We'll need outreach records and spreadsheets kept up to date throughout. What we're looking for: someone with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and lead gen experience, who can find and verify accurate business emails, writes clean English, and pays attention to detail during research. Around 200 prospects to start. Templates, messaging, and response guidelines are all provided on our end, your job is finding the right contacts, personalizing outreach across email and LinkedIn, managing the conversations, and delivering qualified leads.
