Cold Email Specialist for B2B Lead Generation (Instantly / Smartlead / Clay)

We're a voice AI company building complete sales pipelines for insurance brokerages in the UK and US. Cold email is a core lead source for us, and we want a specialist to run it properly, because deliverability and targeting are where most people get it wrong. The work: - Build and run cold email campaigns that book qualified calls for our brokerage clients. - Own deliverability: domain setup, warmup, inbox placement, keeping sender reputation healthy. - Build and segment targeted prospect lists (their ideal commercial clients). - Write cold email copy and sequences that get replies. - Personalise at scale, ideally using Clay or similar. - Manage replies and route interested leads into our system. You must have: - A track record of cold email campaigns that booked real meetings, with numbers you can show (open, reply, positive-reply rates). - Hands-on experience with Instantly or Smartlead. - A strong grasp of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, avoiding spam folders). - List-building and targeting experience (Apollo or similar). - Clay or another personalisation tool is a strong plus.
