Cold Outreach Specialist — LinkedIn & Email Outreach to US Dermatologists

We're a US-based direct-to-consumer skincare brand looking to hire a cold outreach specialist for a 4-6 week project. Your goal will be to identify and reach out to board-certified dermatologists in the US to gauge interest in a paid spokesperson partnership for our skincare product. What you'll do: - Build a targeted list of ~200 board-certified US dermatologists (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AAD directory, practice websites) - Send 30-50 personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages per day - Personalize each message based on the doctor's practice focus, published content, or Instagram presence - Track responses in a shared Google Sheet (I'll provide the template) - Report weekly on outreach volume, response rate, and any live conversations What we're looking for: - Native or fluent written English - Prior experience with cold outreach — LinkedIn, email, or both - Ability to write personalized messages, not templated blasts - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred - Detail-oriented and reliable weekly reporter Rate: $12-20/hour, DOE Hours: 15-20 hours/week Duration: 4-6 weeks initial To apply, please include: 1.
