Your Responsibilities Outbound Business Development Cold call law firm owners and managing partners Send personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and SMS campaigns Follow up consistently with prospects Handle objections confidently Book qualified discovery calls directly onto our sales calendar Maintain consistent daily outreach activity across multiple channels CRM & Pipeline Management Manage all your active conversations Keep detailed notes on every prospect interaction Track outreach and follow-up activity Maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline Help improve outreach messaging and scripts over time We're Looking For Someone Who Has proven experience with cold calling and appointment setting Is confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers Communicates professionally in fluent English Is organized, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-up Is comfortable working toward daily and weekly KPIs Wants a long-term opportunity with room for growth Preferred Experience B2B appointment setting Selling marketing services or SaaS Working with law firms or professional service businesses GoHighLevel You'll be measured on results, including: Qualified conversations generated Outbound calls completed Emails and LinkedIn outreach completed Discovery calls booked Appointment show rate CRM accuracy Revenue pipeline generated
