Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Bidding Specialist to manage our bidding process on PlanHub for epoxy and resinous flooring projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management and be able to effectively communicate with clients and contractors. Responsibilities include reviewing project plans creating takeoffs, estimating costs, and submitting bids. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Cold calling to local companies as well to speak to facility managers to see if they have any needs for epoxy or flooring repair.
