We're ORION, a company collecting real-world video data to train AI and robotics models for international clients. We're scaling fast across Latin America and looking for a self-driven B2B sales agent to sign companies — working on commission, keeping a share of every transaction you bring in. This is not individual recruiting. You close deals directly with companies (100–1,000 employees) in industries like logistics, warehousing, commercial cleaning, and construction. Each company puts its own workforce on a simple video-capture task and handles their people internally. You manage 10–20 company relationships, not hundreds of individuals — that's what makes this scale. How you earn (commission-based, not hourly wage): ORION pays $4 per accepted hour of video the companies deliver. You negotiate a lower rate with each firm and keep the difference as your commission — on every hour they produce, every month, for as long as they're active. Billing is weekly; firms are paid within 20 working days. With companies producing thousands of hours monthly, a strong agent can build a recurring five-figure monthly income from a handful of signed firms. What we're looking for: Proven B2B sales / business development experience, ideally selling to operations or HR decision-makers Based in or strong network across Brazil , Argentina , Colombia, Mexico Comfortable negotiating rates and closing recurring deals Self-starting — you run your own pipeline Fluent Spanish or Portuguese; functional English to coordinate with us To apply, tell us: One B2B deal you closed — who, what, and how Which industries/cities you'd target first and why Realistically, how many companies you could sign in your first month This is a pilot launching this week with a fast timeline, scaling into a long-term, high-volume contract.
