Commission-Based B2B Sales Representatives

Shining Diamond Cleaning Co. is seeking motivated commission-based B2B sales representatives for a 30-day pilot program. Representatives will contact commercial facilities, build relationships with decision-makers, schedule qualified walkthroughs, and help close recurring commercial cleaning contracts. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or commercial service sales. Compensation is performance-driven, with limited hourly work authorized for approved training, meetings, CRM updates, and assigned sales activities. Additional earnings will be available through commissions and performance incentives based on qualified appointments, closed accounts, and collected client revenue.
