We need a sharp closer to take warm, qualified demos and turn them into signed customers. This is 100% commission — no cap on what you can earn. You're closing deals for real small business owners who feel the pain of missed calls and no-shows every day. What you'll do - Run demo calls with pre-qualified prospects (HVAC, construction, roofing, and similar local service businesses) - Present the AI Employee, handle objections, and close the deal - Follow up with prospects who don't close on the first call - Log every call, outcome, and deal stage in our CRM - Work closely with our setters and founder — you'll get scripts, ICP guidance What we offer - Pure commission: a percentage of every deal you close, paid on first invoice - No cap on earnings or deal volume - Flexible schedule — you work the demos as they come in, no fixed weekly hour minimum - A warm pipeline (you're not cold calling — setters book the demos, you close them) - Real product-market fit: local businesses need this and feel the ROI fast What we're looking for - Native English speaker, based in the US, who talks the language of American small business owners - 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or services (phone or video) - Confident running a demo and handling price/skepticism objections without a script crutch - Self-managed and reliable — no one's watching over your shoulder, but deals need to close - Genuine interest in AI — no technical background needed, just curiosity and the ability to explain value simply To apply, please include: 1.
