Commission-Based Freight Sales Closer

Join MENA Motion as a commission-based freight sales closer. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with shippers, and helping businesses find reliable freight capacity when they need it. In this role, you will identify, contact, and close U.S.-based shippers who need on-demand transportation options such as hotshot, flatbed, box truck, sprinter van, and other ground freight solutions. This is a good fit for someone with freight brokerage, 3PL, logistics sales, or shipper-facing sales experience who can generate qualified leads, book calls, follow up consistently, and help close profitable freight opportunities. Compensation is commission-based at 15–20% of gross margin per closed deal. Any draw is recoverable against future commissions. This is not a fixed-salary role, but there is strong earning potential for someone who can bring in and close business.
