We are seeking an experienced compensation benchmarking specialist with access to and expertise in Mercer, Radford, Aon, or similar salary survey databases. The project involves providing compensation and talent market data for Post-Market Surveillance Engineers, Post-Market Surveillance Specialists, and Product Safety professionals with 7+ years of experience in the medical device industry. Scope includes benchmarking roles based in the DFW Metroplex (Irving, TX) and across the United States.
